PI Braided Tube

PI braided pipe is a combination of the characteristics of both, is a torsion control, flexibility, strength, push excellent composite pipe material.

• Ultra-thin wall thickness, large inner cavity, high rigidity, strong support force, excellent insulation performance, flexible operation.
• The inner and outer layers are applied with high quality dip coating process.
Structure:
Three layer structure of pipe body
• The inner layer is PTFE or PI(polyimide) material.
• The middle layer is metal braided wire to strengthen the mesh layer.
• The outer layer is PI, Pebax, or PA.
